The extra dawn Sun Sacrifices worked as the Lizards took down the league leading 
Brettonian Squad in a 2-1 victory.  Brets 1st drive faltered after an enormous unexplained 
explosion knocked down the center of their line.  As the ball scattered close, the Lizards 
recovered it, and went in for the early score.  Humans answered but left too much time on 
the clock.  A second skink was able to reach the EZ to close out the scoring for the game.

The second half was one of futility as even with a touchback inspired drive, neither team 
could come up with a breakaway play.   Basically it was an eight turn scrum that ended with 
the ball on the ground.

Bye Week takes care of injuries except for the the 2 stat decreases (would have been a third 
but you can't -1AG a Saurus!)
  
Commentary from da Coach:  Squandered yet another opportuniy to get a Saurus a 
TD.  (sigh...)  I had absolutely no confidence in my dice, thank Ulu that I had a 4-1 card 
advantage, with two of them relieving me of the need to make any dodge rolls.  I had 
Mine which got me that early turnover, Snack Break and Rakarth's 
Bounding Leap to get me a TD, and a belated Special Offer to get  a 60K Skink.  
Fortunately, it left me enough in the treasury to buy an Extra Training if it comes up.  Kevin's 
card Whoops! was left unplayed.  He got a measure of revenge for last season, 
when I injured a number of his players prior to the break.
