Chaos Defeated, Lizards Maintain Tie for First

The blue dudes won the toss and elected to receive. They lined in a Run and Shoot
formation, which perplexed the Lizards briefly. Several Beastmen receivers flooded the
backfield, two with curl patterns and another broke free on a post. Fortunately, the
Beastman QB, who was going to air it out fumbled it right at the line of scrimmage and it was
whacking day for Loco. We didn't even attempt to pickup the ball for several turns, instead
we tried to use our Get the Ref to work over the Chaos team with moderate success.
Eventually though it was time to go and PsYx scored on turn seven. The Flame ended their
remaining turn early on a both down block and Loco nearly tacked on an extra score when
Tu was tossed into Flame territory, 6! he stuck the landing, 6! he picked up the ball in a
tackle zone, 6! he dodged out, ONE! he fell on his face in the EZ on a go-for-it.

Loco got the ball for the second half, they had trouble getting the ball off the turf, but once in hand it appeared they were to have little trouble. But again a failed go-for-it stops the score and the game is held up for a couple of turns. The curse was lifted and PsYx got the daily double. He also hogged the MVP for the game.
