A brutal game of 7 armor took place under sunny skies as 43,000 elven fans from across the 
subcontinent turned out to see game one of the new season. And they were not disappointed. Lots of 
double down blocks, many whacky hi-jinks. A miss judged score from the Woodelves got the arena in an 
uproar. The crowd struck back for the Woodies when a particularly accurate fan hucked the ball right 
to an elf in 4 tackle zones. In a dazzling play late in the second half, the Old Worlders got the ball  
clear across the field and it was all over. OWE beat WE 3 to 1.
